CHILDREN’S PLATES
Now in my 34th year of making Cornish Hill Pottery, I am in the amazing position of going into a 2nd generation of “Baby Plates!” While usually ordered for a "new baby," I have made these for bar/bat mitvahs, weddings, reunions, and graduations.

These 7” plates started out with one design... blue bunny on stoneware. Now there are 3 “most popular” designs:
bunny (still #1) teddy bear, and rocking horse. In addition I make a lamb, kitty, puppy, sailboat, flowers, and a few other special requests. Generally I can fit the entire child’s name and spell out the Month of the birthdate.

Orders are taken in the order they are received. When a certain quantity has been reached I must "cut off" orders for that kiln load. Summer visitors often overwhelm my schedule and delays in the fall are common. Personalized Items are always made to order and always take at least 4 weeks to make. It usually takes between 4-8 weeks to complete an order.
